Founder & CEO

Ryan LaRocca is the Founder and CEO of LRG Homes LLC. Raised in San Jose, California, he studied Business and Economics at San Jose State University. His career started in the trades — after graduating from vocational school in 2010, he spent years in commercial HVAC, building deep firsthand knowledge of construction, mechanicals, and the realities of what it takes to actually fix a property.

In 2014, Ryan transitioned into real estate, working with firms like Keller Williams and Intero as a top-performing agent. That experience led to his first investments in 2017, and today he runs LRG Homes full-time — overseeing 10+ projects annually across residential, multi-family, and commercial deals. With 12+ years in Bay Area real estate — plus a hands-on background in construction — Ryan brings a rare blend of contractor-level knowledge and investor-level judgment to every offer he makes.
