“We had the good fortune of meeting and working with Ryan LaRocca and Amanda Thornberry to help us sell our home in West San Jose. When we first met Ryan at the property, he was able to quickly size up the condition of the home as well as to assess its potential current market value. Additionally, he suggested that we consider hiring a contractor to modernize the interior (which in turn would result in increased interest and ultimately a much more attractive offer). As it turns out, he was correct -- the contractor which he selected for us did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price. The result yielded a significantly improved modern looking home with an updated fresh interior. After the work had been completed, Ryan selected a furniture staging specialist who did an outstanding job placing furniture and artwork throughout.
